08:25 AM ET 11.16 | Maybe 21 consecutive wins induced a collective yawn in Lincoln. Nebraska coach Bo Pelini said Monday he thought the crowd at Memorial Stadium was "dead" Saturday night during the Huskers' 20-3 win over Kansas. "I thought it was disappointing," Pelini said after NU practiced at the Hawks Center. "I felt like I was at a scrimmage." ... NU held the Jayhawks to 87 yards of offense in the game, the lowest total by an NU foe in more than 10 years. The win marked Nebraska's 21st straight in Lincoln over Kansas.

Who's #1?
Bo doesn't know that wins bring the crowd.

Boring games produce crowds looking for other ways to entertain themselves. 87 yards of offense by either team will do that.

Big Red fans are a tough crowd to please, they're probably disappointed that their coach didn't run the score up into the 70's against a poor KU team.

I saw one bowl projection that puts Neb vs Pitt in the Fiesta bowl, what a disappointing mismatch that would be.

Just a thought Bo get your team to play up to their potential not down to their competition. It would be nice to see them play for 60 minutes not just 15 here and there.

Bo knows he's obese, bro. Calling Jenny Craig.

What else is there to do in Lincoln?

He should threaten to bring back Bill Callahan. That oughta wake 'em up.

Auburn believes if you aren't cheating (Cam and Cecil Newton) then you aren't trying. The head ball coach and the Gamecocks will add #2 loss after Bama knocks that grin off the QB's face on Saturday.

Don't say that- not even in jest.

I think the crowd was ready to see Martinez after suffering through Cody Green's inability to get the offense going and I don't think Bo was ready to let T-Mart go all out against the Jayhawks. If we'd have to play Green against A&M this weekend, we'd be toast.

Hard to compare Memorial Stadium to Death Valley and an SEC crowd...
