08:13 AM ET 11.19 | Averaging only 4.4 points and 5.2 rebounds per game and shooting 33 percent from the field, Troy Murphy may be moved from New Jersey. [Murphy], who was acquired by the Nets in a four-team trade over the summer with the idea of becoming the team's starting power forward, will "probably" be traded this season, according to a person with knowledge of the team's plans. ... The strong play of rookie Derrick Favors, who has solidified himself as the Nets' sixth man, makes Murphy third string at the power forward spot, and since he doesn't play either small forward or center, his options for playing time are limited.

not FN Knick Homers...they love Dolan,Mike and Walsh and think Amare is the second coming of Bernard King.

Not all bro- I hate Dolan, Indifferent to D'Antoni (rather have had Bryon Scott) but I do like Walsh - Even though he swung and missed for the fences this past summer.

LOL - Amare is not the second coming of Bernard King - More like the second coming of McDyess...!!!

I think Murphy has some game. New Jersey may not be the right place for him, but I agree. I think he's a decent piece. Wonder how long it'll be before the Knick rumors start.

You are trade bait, Bro.

Isn't he an expiring contract? I wish i could get him on the Lakers just to fill-in for awhile to remedy our ever thinning front court. Too expensive though.
