08:19 AM ET 11.21 | Surprisingly, only two teams made offers for Dan Uggla: the Braves (who rejected Florida's request for second baseman Martin Prado) and Toronto, which offered only prospects. ``We got an All-Star back,'' GM Michael Hill said.

What, was Mozeliak asleep? Why wouldn't the Cards at least have been talking to the Marlins and pitching an offer?

So Omar Infante is a legitimate all-star now? I missed something this season, really.

Seriously. The Braves got him for a backup infielder (who had a career year) and a young middle reliever. How embarassing for teams that couldn't even offer that for a legit cleanup hitter.
