08:14 AM ET 11.21 | Some around the Dolphins expect this will be the final season for offensive coordinator Dan Henning, who is respected by his players but has made some calls this season that mystified some of them. But he has never received more national criticism than after Thursday.

It's pretty hard to look like a competent offensive coordinator when the offensive line is depleted with injuries and your on your third string quarterback.

Really, pin it on Henning

Henning is a Parcells guy, actually a personal friend. With the Tuna gone it's likely the Dolphins organization is ripe for a makeover.

Miami needs a a better name. Sorry, Dolphins sounds like a high school team...

As long as no one cries....

Good to see this. He has not utilizied this team the way it should have been at all. Even with a healthy team they were stalling on offense. How is Marshall not involved?

They may want to add a new head coach, new QB, and actual #1 receiver to the list. The rebuilding effort has failed.

Marshall is a #1 receiver They should have taken Ryan instead of Long/Henne

Not to worry, 'Fins. You'll have a free agency bonanza next year - and all at Wal-Mart Black Friday discount prices, too.

Marshall is a waste, he is a team cancer. He is not a big play receiver, he is an over-hyped possession receivers like Keyshawn Johnson was. He has added nothing to the team, his catches have come at the expense of other receivers hence the poor overall offensive output. He has not opened the filed up in the least. It was a bad trade, another bad personnel decision.

Parcells left once he realized his rebuilding effort in Miami had failed. If he walks away now, he can distance himself from it and pretend his reputation is intact.
