08:06 AM ET 11.26 | The Clippers were on their way to their first winning streak of the season when Blake Griffin's name popped up from a superstar tweet. @KingJames: "Man Blake Griffin is the most explosive player in the league! Crazy bounce" ... At halftime, another massive presence weighed in, responding to the TNT crew back in Atlanta. @THE_REAL_SHAQ: "blake griffin is n my top power forwards n da league, he is like (shawn) kemp, chuck" ... So that's about 4.5 million Twitter followers between the likes of Shaq and LeBron reading about the exploits of Griffin. Griffin was much more than a dunking highlight film Thursday night at Staples Center in leading the Clippers to their third win of the season. He had his ninth double-double of the season, nearly getting it in the first half with 15 points and nine rebounds.

Hey is crazy athletic and is going to be a force for years to come....Man I could only dream of him playing out that Clippers contract then going back to OKC where he is god there...Just imagine that team running things.....

Lebron should take lessons from this kid.
Play hard all the time.

I would take Griffin over Bosh that's for sure. This kid is explosive and he rebounds too.

Dee, Id take Griffin to build around then a lot of the "stars" now....I might even take him over Dirk.

Seems you want everyone to come to Miami.

Man that dunk over Tim Mozgov from the knicks was just filthy....I almost felt bad for the guy.

I think this guy might be the best offensive player in the league already. He's a great rebounder as well, just his D needs some work. But he's a rookie, he'll get there. Now with Lebron joing 2 other stars, he might become the best player in the league as soon as next season. Amazing player, and nobody's more exciting to watch. Can't wait for the next Clippers game.

Also Eric Gordon is becoming a star...Man these young guys that played with Team USA learned how to prepare and play the game...

Not sure if Id say "best" offensive player in the league but he is becoming a force....

In a heart beat. Griffin is turning out to be the beast everyone thought he would be. I would love to have him posting up for Miami.

Nah... he's no way closed to an offense or defense force. He's still very raw given this is his first year in the league. He's got a long way to go. But I'm worried for him because of the Lebron tweet. He might get hurt or get his career cut short. Lebron is a bad luck cursed man. Anything he's affiliated with will fail...

Keep your mouth out of his business LeCurse... I don't wanna see Griffin go down. Just keep it Miami for us please. Contain your curse and afflictions.

If your building like the Clippers, he's the guy you go out and get talent to compliment. Dirk, right now, is the better all around player. In two years that probably be a different story. Unless you're actually one of the six people to watch the game all you see are the nasty dunks. I am going to watch a Clippers game to see what the rest of his game looks like.

I watched that game last night and he is something....I mean the guy can pass and he has this little hook/jump shot looking thing....Its a weird shot but effective...He can handle the ball also which makes him tough to cover bc he is so big and agile..

I can't believe it myself, but I'm actually watching Clippers games...because of him. He's really amazing. He's got it all. He scores (efficiently) dunking, shooting jumpers, posting up...his footwork is brilliant. He's got moves Dwight would kill for. He's a great passer also.

His D is lacking, but that's nothing unusual for a rookie. He's got all the tools, he'll get there. And he plays hard all the time, as his rebounding shows. Soon he'll be THE star of this league. Book it.
