Heat coach ignores rumors

09:13 AM ET 11.27 | With speculation swirling about his job security, Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said Friday he's not concerned and does not consider it a distraction to his team. Meanwhile, Lakers coach Phil Jackson indicated he did not intend to offend Spoelstra when he said Tuesday that Heat president Pat Riley might return to coach the team.

Ha ha....hahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

Make sure someone else starts your car, Eric. Maybe a food-taster would be a good idea as well.

It may not be a bad idea to double check on the family. Make sure they don't need you to spend more time with them

For some reason I just dont think Riley is coming down from the front office with this team...I think he looks at them and know they cant win the way they are built and his ego wont let him come down to fail....So I guess this off season Nate McMillan will be taking his talents to south beach...

DWade's commercial said it was time to bring back the ring to Miami and at the end of the commercial it said "it's time to dominate". I wonder if they didn't put enough pressure on themselves. They talked too much and not even backing it up. Now, they are pointing fingers at everyone but themselves.... They deserve all the hate if Heat bandwagoners call it "hating"...

The grand introduction of the big 3 on stage with all the lights seems silly now doesn't it?

He already answered that this week. He said he is not married and has no family so he is good there. There will be no misdirection play here. If Pat comes down and snatches his job it will be because Pat chose to do it.

Does he have a grandmother that needs tending to? LOL

Jackson saying he didn't intend to offend him with his comment about Riley coaching soon is a joke.

He's been dead man walking since Pat Riley said he wouldn't mind returning to the bench.

Really looks like Spoelstra is being made out as the scapecoat. Article from 2009 talks about how much the players like him; ra/

Maybe the problem is the current player (the self proclaimed king) doesn't like him.

Phil Jackson was messing with the heats head already ...thats vintage !

Watch your back, Bro.

Sorry Eric, but your have the biggest ego starting for you. And if the front office you have a Pat Riley with a big ego himeself. He once fired the coach of the team so he could take over and win a championship. And when they started to lose he didn't want to coach anymore. If the Heat don't make the finals. Lebron will **** about how its not his fault, but the blame lays else where. And Riley will fire you.

Eric I hope your renting and not buying in Miami.
