Scott reveals key to blood fight win

08:31 AM ET 11.29 | Two of hockey's brighter -- Kevin Westgarth went to Princeton, John Scott studied mechanical engineering at Michigan Tech -- and friendlier fellows went toe-to-toe Saturday night, resulting in a bloody face, a broken nose and a few good lines. At 6-foot-8 without skates, Scott is a hulking presence on the ice and easily controlled the battle against Westgarth, who entered the game with 32 penalty minutes. Afterward, Scott revealed his fighting technique. "I'm super tall, I guess," Scott said. "He tried to hit me a couple of times and he couldn't reach me. The height works to my advantage. I have long arms so I'm kind of like a monkey-armed baboon swinging away.

I was looking for my keys one day last week and starting to rant and cuss after about 10 minutes. I finally found 'em. I was holding 'em in my right hand. Do you think tying a string to your bumper and the other end to the house's door knob is a good way to find your way home? I'm starting to get worried 'cause the string usually breaks while I'm out! Oh well, it could be worse. I could be a Leaf's fan. (sorry Kinger). :)
