08:08 AM ET 11.29 | Tracy McGrady sees a fundamental flaw in the combination of talents in South Beach with LeBron James and Dwyane Wade. "When they're on the court together," McGrady says, "they're terrible." McGrady isn't saying LeBron and Wade are terrible as individual players but rather that the chemistry between the two isn't good. "Him and D-Wade don't complement each other," McGrady said. "They're somewhat the same type of players, 'Bron and D-Wade. If you look at Ray Allen and Paul Pierce, [Allen's a] traditional shooting guard. Ray Allen, he doesn't need the ball. And Paul Pierce is a small forward."

Obviously, T-Mac is laying the groundwork for his future color analyst position on TNT.

hes seen more games from the sidelines than most rookie analysts, he didnt have to worry about the distraction of playing most games in houston

Even T-Mac knows lol. One of those 2 need to come off the bench. Which one sould it be?

Because the guy who is supposed to play there has no chance. I'm waiting to see Bosh actually cry some night when he is being pushed around.

Wade should be the primary ball handler like how it was in the past, James should change himself to be just a role player. If James can give you 15-10-10 every night, you will be happy. Wade can be the main offensive weapon who should average 30-5-5, and Bosh should be 15-10 and focus only on the defensive end.

They had their "players only" meeting, they should be fine now.

problem is lebron is not gonna settle for 15, and when he tries to score he ends up with 30. Wade needs to chill, his jealousy aint helpin. When hes not hitting he keeps chuckin up Js. If lebron becomes Rondo and drops his scoring average they will become the best team in the league overnight. He doesnt drive and dish like he needs to, hes sittin at the top of the key.

The Heat is going to be a 45 to 55 win team this year and will get bounced in the playoffs. They might need to trade one of their superstars to get some balance in the the team...

Who would want Bosh? He is vastly overpaid and can only succeed on a team where there is no other talent.

Teams with no talent aren't going to make a trade for him, nor are they going to pay, or, for that matter, have the type of players to make the salaries match for a trade.
