08:07 AM ET 12.03 | Baron Davis' knee passed the test, as did his on-court chemistry with Blake Griffin in a rare win over the Spurs. As it turned out, his chemistry with Blake Griffin was practically immediate. "It's crazy," Davis said after practice Thursday. "Watching it is one thing, but to play with the kid, every time he touches the ball he's dominating the game. He takes no prisoners. It's great because you can really feed off that energy and he's giving the fans a show and putting us in a great position to win. To see that from a rookie is amazing."

How do the Clippers suck so bad with the impact young players that they have???

Griffin is a less redneck version of Karl Malone. He's got the same on court intensity and willingness to use his body to dominate other players. Sadly he's playing for a team that has become the definition of perennial NBA bottom feeder that's going to take more than a rolly poly 1 to turn around.

because they make griffin scrap for touches instead of giving it to him. He was goin in on the Jazz saturday and then they just stopped feedin him.

They are young and have horrible coaching....I mean we can pretend that players go there for a year then leave but Davis, Kaman, and Gordon all have been there for a few years...Now they have a real stud player to build around to make a nice combo with Gordon on the outside...If the others can just get healthy and find their role then they could be a lot better than their record indicates....

I agree their offense is atrocious considering the talent they have

This is the best news out of Clipperland since the dawn of time but trust they'll find a way to mess it up.

LOL. Baron looks more like a guy I used to go bowling and get rootbeer floats with than a professional athlete. It's a mystery to me how he moves that mass around as quickly as he does. I think I'll be an old man before we see the Clippers in the playoffs again.

But we have seen this before. They have drafted a lot of talent over the years. Let's see if they build on this rather than letting it slip away as they usually do.

Watching him dunk all over all of the Knicks big men was a thing of beauty. This kid is gonna be a big time playmaker.
