11:08 AM ET 12.05 | If Josh McDaniels returns to the Broncos, there's growing talk that he'll do so either with G.M. Brian Xanders calling the shots when it comes to personnel moves, or alternatively with the team hiring someone from outside the organization to work with Xanders. From the team's perspective, such talk is premature. "We have not made any decisions of that nature regarding the 2011 season." Broncos spokesman Patrick Smyth told PFT via e-mail on Saturday.

He has to get one more year. The Broncs are still paying Shanny this year and next year. MCD is on the hook next year too. No way they have 3 head coaches on their payroll next year. Only way he gets axed is if the lockout happens.

It is painfully obvious McD doesn't know his butt from a hole in the ground!

It should be painfully obvious that personnel decisions are more than this guy can handle. He doesn't know his butt from a hole in the ground.

That must make it difficult to clean up after dropping a deuce.

He drafted Tim Tebow with a first-round pick and let Peyton Hillis go to the Browns in exchange for Brady Quinn.

So much for his personnel decision-making skills.

Is that why they acquired Brady Quinn?

It's been a long time coming.

Are all these threads about coaches? Are there any player or team matchups we could discuss?
