09:38 AM ET 12.07 | An honest players-only meeting in Dallas appears to have spurred the Heat to wins in four straight games. It took a series of setbacks -- four losses in five games -- to move this team forward. In Dallas, players opened up, reached out and didn't hold back. Not even Wade, the team's co-captain, was immune to criticism. "I think we all looked at each other and we [held] each other accountable for our games," Wade said. "I hear from LeBron all the time now that I'm the worst finisher in the league now because I can't make a layup sometimes." ... Since being challenged by James, Wade is shooting 62 percent from the floor and averaging 7.5 rebounds per game. James is averaging 27 points per game during the four-game winning streak and Chris Bosh is playing like an All-Star as well, averaging 19.5 points and 7.25 rebounds per game.

It is good that the last two wins actually came against solid teams.

You had to hear it from LeBron? You didn't hear it from the fans? You couldn't figure it out yourself?

December 7, 2010  09:55 AM ET

It's quite telling how Lebron is quick at pointing out other people's weaknesses without ever acknowledging his own shortcomings or arrogance of refusing to play the point. I mean look at his turnovers. And lets be real here they beat Cleveland, Detroit, Milwaukee and Atlanta without Joe Johnson and are still weak at the 1 & 5 positions so what's this noise all about? Even Amare who's ressurrected Knicks from the dead and is leading MVP candidate is not talking ****. **** your pie hole LeLiar.

Seriously if I was Wade I'd slap Lebron asking him 'when we were we where were you'? Lebron doesn't have the right to question Wade's basketball or womanizing game on any level. He got the ring and S.TD to back it up.

Well at least there starting to win, that's a good sign. I wonder where Dee is at he said if the heat went on a five game win streak he would say his special saying.

The Heat beat the Bucks last night. ...do not know if you call a big Win for Heat .... beating the Wounder Deer .... who Can not buy a basket, missed open shoots! ..... John Salmons 2-11, 0-4 3pts, Keyon Dooling 0-4 and then the HEAT"S Carlos Arroyo 6-6, 2-2 3pts, 4-4 FT, 18 pts, NO misses .....

I just HOPE to GOD that GM John Hammond does not panic and trade Redd expiring contact and a First round pick to the CAVS for Jamison or to the NETS for Murphy & doghouse Williams
