08:04 AM ET 12.08 | Kevin Love is among the stories this season in the NBA. It's rare that a player on a bad team makes the NBA All-Star Game. Coaches, who select the reserves, are stubborn about rewarding team success over individual stats when filling out their ballots. That raises the case of Love, the former Lake Oswego High School star who is having a great individual season for Minnesota. On Monday, Love had 33 points and 15 rebounds against the Knicks to continue an amazing run. Love has had at least 15 rebounds for the seventh consecutive games, a stretch in which he averaged 25.0 points and 18.3 rebounds. Those are great numbers by any standard.

he wont make it at the 4 spot...but if they want to name him as a backup center then he should be good...In the West the deserving forwards ahead of him are Anthony, Dirk, Griffin, and Gasol....

Yeah but Lee wasnt putting up 30/30 and regularly getting 20/20 during games....But then again like I said if he is a backup center then he will make it...The 5 spot out west is very weak...
