Celtics oblivious to win streak

08:10 AM ET 12.14 | The Celtics have strung together 10 straight wins, and they couldn't be more oblivious to it. Said Kevin Garnett, "We have no conscience of what the streak is. We talk from game to game about what we need to do to prepare for that game and that's it. We don't look past teams, we don't circle teams. We've got one game at a time." Still, they're holding teams to 86.1 points a night during the streak, outscoring them by an average of 14.6, clamping down so hard on defense that they win games even when Paul Pierce is sick and struggling, the offense is ice cold, and they have no choice but to start Turkish rookie Semih Erden at center because Shaquille and Jermaine O'Neal are both injured.

If Celts come to the garden tomorrow without the O'Neals Knicks will win. It probably won't be a blowout but I'll take the win.

The title belongs to LA, Bros.

Celtics will keep rolling all season long...let the O'Neals rest and recoup now, Semih is more than enough at center for them to keep winning...

Bro, a win is a win regardless of the spread. I'm glad that the Tar Heels (Walsh and Everybody loves Raymond Felton) are leading the turnaround in the Mecca. If Carmelo signs with the Knicks, it will be a wonderful thing. I'm confident the Knicks can push the C's for the Atlantic division belt at season's end.

Bro, last two seasons that is true. I'm happy for Mitch being a Tar Heel, it looks great in UNC's record book. I got to believe there won't be another 3-peat for LA this season. Look out for the Spurs and Mavs to dethrone the Lakers. Bynum is soft and won't matter come playoff time.

Nah.. no way... we'll probably take out Atlanta and Chicago and move up to four behind Miami, Orlando and Boston... don't get it twisted. This team without Melo is at best second round playoff material.

Well it's still a long season, we can go on a 10 game losing streak just as well, but i don't think that's gonna happen...

I remember when Shaq used to call Damp, Ericka. And he could get away with it because Damp never had a team that could compete with the Lakers and Shaq knew it. Now that Damp has a real team around him I can't wait to see him get his revenge. I love it.

If you think Miami got better with Damp you need to wash your mouth with soap. Mark my words. Miami is not better than Atalanta, Orlando and Boston. Come playoff time they will be eliminated by one of those teams.
