With CEO/president Andy MacPhail taking over the Orioles operation, you may see a couple of things develop, starting at the GM meetings in Orlando in early November. First, MacPhail will likely look for takers for Miguel Tejada.

Yup and they should do it right now if they can because I have a grea feeling that hes going to be one of the people in the Mitchelle report as a hgh/roid/"b-12 shot" member.

Tejada is probably tired of playing for such a lousy organization such as the Baltimore Orioles, and the blame for their demise rests at the feet of Peter Angelos.

I am feeling it.....my eyes are red.....demon here.

He will go play for the Dodgers.

Tejada can go play under a bridge with other bums like him, for all I care. He's a 'roid muncher who can't hit home runs without the juice. Let's hope the Orioles can get something in return, like a bag of peanuts or shoe polish.

The Giants could use a new juicer.

I see a deal being worked out with the White Sox for Tejada since he was nearly dealt there in August.

I can't believe no one is mentioning the other part of this story- makes me think people are window shopping the headlines and then acting like they read something----

Erik Bedard was a top 5 pitcher this year- I can't believe they'd trade that guy!

I read that the Cubs are going after him again. They'll move Theriot to 2B and put DeRosa in the OF. I would love that move. Go get him Hendry! There would be so many possible lineups with him, Lee and Ramirez.

1. Soriano (LF)
2. Theriot (2B)
3. Lee (1B)
4. Tejada (SS)
5. Ramirez (3B)
6. Soto (C)
7. DeRosa (RF)
8. CF (Pie? Free Agent?)

Mets will take him at that price.

what use would the mets have for him?

Tejada is a great hitter. He had a down year. At $12 milion, he is a helluva deal. He would look great in the Giants lineup. He may appear to be a huge complainer, but so what. The guy can flat out hit.
