08:34 AM ET 12.30 | While it is expected that Jacory Harris will start for Miami against Notre Dame, there is still time to evaluate the health of Stephen Morris. UM interim coach Jeff Stoutland said after practice Wednesday that [Morris'] sprained ankle was doing much better, and that an announcement as to the Sun Bowl starter would likely come by Thursday. ... "He's way better than we thought he would be," Stoutland said of Morris.

"Alright Jacory. I know you're 100%, but if the other guy is 70%, we're goin' with him."

Must do wonders for one's confidence.

jeez this game couldn't be setting up any better for the NDomers. If they win it's going to be a long 9 months of "we're baacccckkk", "our D is elite. We had 3 pick 6's against Pickory Harris".

Come on, now. Aren't we entitled to be optimistic?

I promise to needle them regardless...except the sensible ones. There are a few that admit they aren't "baacccckkk" yet but only a few.

I actually saw several rational, thoughtful, reasonable posts from Domers yesterday on the Domer D thread.

Updated forcast for "Sun" Bowl on Friday: 10% chance snow flurries, gusty winds 20-30mph, high of 42, wind chill 28. Certainly not 'Cane weather.

Do the Canes have big enough coats for everyone? Or will they all be made to cross their arms and put their hands under their arms....but that might make them all think of Shannon....

I read there is not much difference between the two QBs as far as preparing for one or the other style of play.
