Ravens O risking ire of defense

08:36 AM ET 01.05 | There may be signs of life in Baltimore's offense. But if you look closely at this team, this is a sensitive time. The lackluster offense is close to causing some division because a poor offense keeps gassing a good defense. Fullback Le'Ron McClain voiced his displeasure earlier this week, and a defensive tackle complained about the offensive coordinator at halftime loud enough to be heard by other team officials.

Hasn't this been the Ravens modus operandi for over a decade now?

I thought the Ravens D channeled their "ire" against the Ravens O towards the opposing team's offense. What's new?

Agreed. I think it's fair enough to say that the Ravens D is much better than say Oakland. K.C couldn't get anything going against the Raiders. Could be a very very long day for Matt Cassel and friends.

Only difference is they've actually made moves recently to improve the offense, with less than stellar results.

If they had the Cards offence, the 'D' would have been gassed before halftime, like they were.

LOL! First they kick the **** out of their own offense before leaving the lockeroom just to motivate them then they will completely dismantle the Chiefs in front of a national audience. Should be a full day for Ray Lewis and company.

I don't seem to recall a high-powered Ravens offense. so...what's the point, other than business as usual for the D. Shut up and play!

no, they were on the field for too many plays...just like on MNF vs Houston.
the offense only had 1 first down in the second half and that's a killer for ANY defense...
only guys on defense that are 30+ yrs are: Ray (pro bowl) Reed (pro bowl), Gregg (still good), Redding (still decent).
the rest of the D is fairly young.

Watch out. Ray-Ray might stab someone. (How is it everyone is still all over Vick, but no one cares that Lewis killed actual people? Explain? And now he's cuddly enough for all sorts of commercials? Screw that guy, and screw that team.)

He killed people, huh? Well let's move on to the topic now. Ray tell the guys to worry about their respective jobs and their jobs only. It's how one ring was won so it can work again. Go Ravens!

Another butt-hole surfaces from the cesspool of life. Vick made innocent animals fight or die. The guys Ray were with got in a fight and killed criminals. Next time we will just move the criminals into the house next to yours.
