06:15 AM ET 01.08 | Michael Jordan mistakenly thought a woman who fainted during lunch was left breathless because she saw him walk into Cafe Mediterraneo at the CuisinArt Resort and Spa on Anguilla over the holiday. Turns out, she keeled over while chatting with a doctor about how to fix her son's broken nose. "As the woman was listening, Michael walked in, and she looked up and acknowledged him," said a source. "She then got so upset by what the doctor was saying about her son, she literally fainted to the floor. The next day, Michael called the front desk to make sure that 'the girl who passed out when she saw me was doing OK.' " Jordan was at the resort having lunch with Derek Jeter and Minka Kelly.

It's a logical assumption though. MJ is still one of the most recognizable people in the world and was a global icon for over a decade. I'd probably pee a little if I met him. It's not outrageous to think a woman fainting right as she looks at you is a result of you.

Wow! What a shame. MJ caringly calls to check up on someone who fainted when he walked into the room, and instead of reading it as a sign of his humanity, his care for others, it gets interpreted as a sign of narcississm, a lack of concern for others. Wow. I mean, really, WOW!
