Yeah, he wasn't very successful behind the wheel , but he is hard not to like. Plus it's funny to see such a tall guy in the car with the steering wheel stuck to his chest. I wonder if he knows it's legal to have his crew move the seat back?

He was an advocate of the COT with the EGRESS panel on the roof. Moving the seat back? NASCAR may deem that illegal -- too much rear weight ... LOL

I AM SO HAPPPPPPYYYY....you all know I am a devoted fan of this guy from day one.......cannot wait to see him and Jr pushing each other a la 2001~2004......I am soooooo looooooooking forward to Daytona and the start of the season, but now am uber excited if Mikey is racing in it.

MWR gets better every year.......and may it continue.

FYI...Mikey is one busy guy.....his heart will always be in racing....but he keeps his hands in many $$$$$ earning ventures.

He will race Daytona and Kentucky and maybe a few more.

His first book will be available in Feb 2011....called "IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE"... about his 25 years in racing, Dale, Daytona (2001) and the day that changed everything from his
perspective.....Mikey has a book tour scheduled for this one in 2011.

He will also do a comedy tour called THE MICHAEL WALTRIP COMEDY GARAGE....he will do a stand up routine and have many other comedians with him....different comedians for different towns......helping new ones get a break.

Mikey also races Ferraris in Portugal and Dubai as well as some other global tracks.....tba shortly.

He continues with his sponsor appearances and committments, as well as the Nascar truck commentator, and Inside Nascar regular......he is also planning some TV appearances..

It's a great morning. The sun is shining and the spam is spamming. At least it's one day closer to Daytona. That's a good thing.

IS there still a nascar section on T&R, or is it now a spam section that us nascar fans invade?
