Guard recruit commits to Duke

The Duke Blue Devils received a key basketball commitment from their top remaining senior target, Elliot Williams, late Wednesday. Williams, a 6-foot-4 guard at St. George's Independent School in Collierville, Tenn., had planned to commit later this week. All-Star Sports recruiting analyst Bob Gibbons rates Williams as the No. 12 player in the nation. Gibbons said Williams is an extremely athletic wing who's versatile enough to play point guard. He said Williams' commitment likely will be the last in this senior class.

This was the guy they wanted besides Monroe. #12 is fine with me...#12 & #1 would have made this class perfect. Oh well...we still will be top 5 again.
