Trading Danks or Floyd would be a huge mistake. White Sox is a team set to win now, keep the pieces and go for it all. Trading Jackson wouldn't really be of much consequence though.

Other than the Phillies and Giants, the White Sox could have the best rotation in baseball if Peavy holds up. The Sox guys are talented and durable...why trade them?
