08:01 AM ET 01.25 | Nearing 50, Herschel Walker is talking about an NFL comeback. To hear him tell it, Walker can still give a boost to any NFL team willing to ignore the date on his birth certificate. He turns 49 on March 3. "If I continue to stay in the shape I'm in now, I know I can play when I'm 50," Walker insisted Monday. ... "Right now, if you asked me if I can play today, there's absolutely no doubt in my mind I can play football, that I can help a team out," said Walker, whose spent his final three NFL seasons primarily as a receiver and kick returner for the Giants and Cowboys. "I can 100 percent guarantee you I can help a football team out."

Take a lesson from the man from Hattiesburg.

Lesson 1: Don't think you're younger than you are.

Lesson 2: Don't send naughty texts to big-boobed bimbos.

actually he won his first fight and fights again this weekend. he probably sees that he won't ever be in the big money so i guess feeling out his options. plus his fights were a year apart, probalby not a very steady income.

As long as it isn't a Bobsledding comeback. He was even worse at that.

"In his 2008 autobiography Breaking Free, Walker revealed that he suffers from dissociative identity disorder, formerly known as "multiple personality disorder".[20] He claimed that due to his disorder, he cannot remember the season he won the Heisman Trophy, let alone the moment."

This might explain it all.

Maybe Favre, Walker and Vinnie Testaverde can start a Senior Football League.

One of the best 50 year old guys on the planet. No joke. The guy does 2,000 sit-ups and push-ups every day.
