He did it very scientifically though- receive fist into face-as flesh compacts bend knees and allow the force to travel through you as you flow down towards the ice-very nicely done.

I can't believe that the Loafs are upset with the fight. Kulemen punched Gleeson in the face at least three times before Gleeson dropped his gloves and punched back. If you're going to start something you'd better back it up. Unfortunately, Kulemen backed it up by getting his nose broken.

Let's get real, the entire leafs lineup went after him, Kulemin did more than enough to deserve what he got. Take your lumps and mobve on. Now not only are the leafs pathetic, but they act like wusses too.

You're right Roamer. My all time favorite "fight". Everybody was giggling that night.......other players, fans, the officials.......even the announcers. A classic. The clip ought to be in the Hall of Fame.
