08:44 AM ET 01.25 | Billionaire Tom Gores, according to a spokesman for his investment firm, is not involved in purchasing the Los Angeles Dodgers. "We are not pursuing any team in Monday's report," said the spokesman for the company, who asked not to be identified. ... While the Dodgers are not yet for sale, they will be unless Frank McCourt can overturn a California court ruling that he is not the sole owner. McCourt divorced his wife, Jamie, who has successfully asserted that she owns a portion of the major league franchise. Several potential buyers have made their interest in the Dodgers known, including their former manager Joe Torre and NBA owner Mark Cuban.

Disband the team! Sell the players to pay off debts! HAHAHA

That is probably the easiest way for the Gnats to repeat... have no one else in the division...
Kidding aside, this guy needs to just sell and get out. Even when they were married, these two couldn't run the team to save their lives..

Dodger have traditionally played small market ball in a large market...would be nice to see someone run that team who has some cojones.

It's a heck of a world we live in... Jamie does the limo driver on a grand tour of the Mediterranean and gets half of baseball franchise for her efforts...

Couldn't have happened to a more deserving organization, though... Go Giants!!!

those McCOURT, screw the dodgers good, ever since this owners bought the blues, nothing has gone right for the dodgers, when they said there is no money, the McCOURT, need to learn how to lie first, because we all know very well that the dodgers bring to the stadium, 45,000, and 50,000, fans, for every game,,,,,,,

His ole lady is his undoing. Empathies for these guys that allow their wives to put their two cents worth and use their hubbies as welcome mats. Frank got schooled, but he's not the only one. There are plenty of divorced men out there that are publicly humiliated and emasculated. I've seen these women with wandering eyes and twenty to thirty years older (cougars). If your ole lady have these tendencies sell your house at half the price and blow all your money on a vegas experience of a lifetime. Stick it to the MAN, er uh female dog.

In all seriousness: Jamie McCourt told her bodyguard to kiss her where it stinks. He proceeded to take her to the Dodger bullpen....
