Jaguars rookie linebacker Justin Durant, who did not make the trip with the team to New Orleans, was arrested Saturday after being passed out behind the steering wheel of his vehicle at an exit ramp. Durant was cited for resisting an officer without violence and having an open container in his vehicle. "I'm sorry I messed up,'' Durant said after he was handcuffed, according to a Jacksonville Sheriff's Office police report.
