11:15 AM ET 02.06 | ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports that Arthur Blank currently is in talks with Jon Bon Jovi regarding a possible sale of a minority interest in the team. Blank confirmed to Mort that discussions have occurred, but Blank didn't reveal how close the process was to completion.

He lives closer to Philly. In fact, he owns the Philly arena team. They were champions, too. Rumor is he tried the Giants first, but they said, "Forget it, kid; you're living on a prayer."

If the Falcons say no, he could try the Dolphins. Stephen Ross seems to like having celebrities in the ownership mix.

This is the perfect scenario for A. Blank - NFL owners are ALWAYS on the prowl for people with investment money with no say on team operations.
