08:17 AM ET 02.11 | Prior to breaking Reggie Miller's record, Ray Allen addressed a number of topics, including the future of the mark he set against the Lakers Thursday night. What shooters have you seen in the NBA that could one-day break your record? ... "Stephen Curry shoots the ball real good, and he's been in the League only a short amount of time. If he keeps it up and plays on good teams, he's definitely capable. J.J. Redick is one of the better shooters too. He actually reminds me of myself out there."

I think it's safe to say it will be awhile...

Looking at the All time list LBJ is the youngest ACTIVE guy on it with I think a realistic shot...As of right now he is #93 all time...

Rudy Fernandez
LeBron James?

LBJ can shoot the three pointer but it is not really his game. He won't come close. Remember as thay pointed out last night Jason Kidd is third and nowhere near Reggie and Ray. 93rd might as well be 930th.

This just in on ESPN. Sloan resigned because of "Lostwill". I didn't realize he had such power.

It won't happen, Bros.

February 11, 2011  09:52 AM ET

A long time to do it.

JJ doesn't get enough minutes
Lebron isn't consistient a enough -he's steaky
Maybe Curry or Kevin Durant if he plays for a long time

Before his signing in Detroit, I would've said Ben Gordon had an outside chance.

You don't want to get on Lostwill's bad side!As to who can break Allen's record, maybe JJ Redick has the shot to do it.

JJ will forever be considered a defense liability so he won't get the minutes for that. Curry maybe but he's tiny and injury prone so I don't think he'd have the longevity to break it. Lebron has no chance at all... his career will be cut short in a very tragic way.

Lol... Sloan lost will to coach Will. It happens. We all lose best friends and money at some point but so long as we remain lucky with life and health we make things better. I can see Sloan calling Nelly in Hawaii to discuss coaching money...

JJ Redick is 619 threes off where Ray Allen was at the same age...translation: He has NO shot at it

LeFraud doesn't have a shot. Reggie and Ray are two of the best pure shooters that the game has ever seen. Until a similar player arrives on the scene don't even think about it.

I think Stephen Curry has a legit claim. He is a lights out shooter right now. He can only get better from here
