08:07 AM ET 02.11 | The heavy lifting for Pat Shurmur's staff appears to be complete, and it will not include an offensive coordinator. Shurmur, who was a presenter at the Greater Cleveland Sports Awards, said he's comfortable handling the dual role of head coach/offensive coordinator and that he planned all along to call his own plays this season. He said he'll have plenty of input from his offensive staff. ... In other Browns news, Shurmur also said "it's a logical assumption" that quarterback Colt McCoy will be the Browns starter in 2011.

I don't see what's wrong with all these Cleveland coaches. I take the Browns to the Superbowl twice a day.

A good first decision by the new HC. Get Colt in there and keep him in.
