Cowboys' draft priority should be ...

05:31 AM ET 02.28 | The list of what the Cowboys must accomplish in the draft is as long as the team's fall this past season. As the Cowboys put on their reading glasses and pick themselves up, one need rises near the top. The secondary. Maybe the Cowboys decide to use their first-round pick on Nebraska's Prince Amukamara, a popular selection in mock drafts these days. Maybe they wait until the second round to choose from a cluster of talented corners or go with UCLA safety Rahim Moore, allowing the club to move the beleaguered Alan Ball back to his natural cornerback position.

This article states the obvious to anyone who watched the pathetic secondary give up huge chunks of real estate every game. Which then begs the question...why the hell is JJ kicking the Cam Newton tires?

Well they had a chance last year to go DB with McCourty & Wilson on the board....but they traded up to get a WR...and although he looks to be a beast their secondary is pretty atorcious.

they should draft the Browns...and that's an insult to Browns fans

I don't fault that pick so much because WR was a concern. Hello Roy Williams. Their D was not that bad in '09 but apparently was smoke and mirrors as last year proved. If they pick anything other than secondary or o-line JJ has really tanked it.

If there's a cluster of talented corners for the second round, I didn't notice it. But I'm kinda slow anyway.
