Would Eagles trade for Vince Young?

06:41 AM ET 02.28 | What does the future hold for Vince Young? We have been assured by the Titans front office, and verified by coach Mike Munchak, it will not be in Nashville. One trade that makes sense for both teams would be sending Young to the Eagles for backup and former starter Kevin Kolb. Kolb would fit more of what the Titans ran under Mike Fisher, and Mike Munchak and new offensive coordinator Chris Palmer say they will start with the same system Fisher ran.

This article is borderline racial profiling sold under the guise of playing style.

As a Titans fan, I would approve of that move, considering we don't have a quarterback right now.

Seems a bit dicey to have Young and Vick together.

February 28, 2011  07:58 AM ET

That would be asking for trouble.

The only thing Coach Andy could do to surprise me would be to handle his timeouts wisely.

Nashville sports radio would cream themselves... All they ever talk about is Kolb. Cream.

Yep... this one made me laugh!

Ummm yeah ... this story makes great sense with the exception of one minor issue. WTF do the Eagles want with Vince Young??

We might trade Kolb for a bag of Fritos, too. Or maybe not.

Nothing to see here ... move along ...

Thanks for sharing!

"Kolb would fit more of what the Titans ran under Mike Fisher..."

Unless we are talking about failed D/FW newspaper columnist and radio personality Mike Fisher, I have no idea who this is.

The Titans are looking to "unload" Young...but what OC out there is licking their chops for at a QB that took 5 years to get ONE offense??

February 28, 2011  08:12 AM ET

Yes please! Kolb for Vince and their 1st rounder.

Surely the Titans wouldn't give up the fruits of a terrible season by giving up their draft pick.

And don't call me Shirley...

must be why there is no expiration date on the cans....at least there shouldn't be.

Sounds like a disaster waiting to hapen. Vince Young wants to start not be a backup; especially behind a star like Mike Vick.

As a Colts' fan (and especially after watching Kolb last season), I DEFINITELY approve of this trade.
