06:48 AM ET 03.03 | By now I'm sure you've heard about TMZ's report of Bryant McKinnie dropping $100,000 on a bar tab during NBA All-Star Weekend. People seemed fascinated that a player would drop that kind of money in one night, no matter the salary (McKinnie is due $4.9 million next season). In short, the story was "exaggerated a lot," he said.

Idiot.

Gots to show his posse some love.

It's not like he hasn't done something dumb before.....

When the bill came, he was no where to be found.

This might be his last paycheck.....he better start saving

This is the kind of player Cincinnati needs to sign.

Because there's no way in hell he'll be able to threaten retirement.

March 3, 2011  07:19 AM ET

He'll be missing that money around what would have been week three of the coming nonseason.

Maybe he heard 'Bills' instead of 'bill' and ran away to avoid having to go to Buffalo.

So maybe it was just $90K then. What is with that backdrop in the pic...Mission Skincare?

well he's not a very good endorsement for the product.

Judging by his pic, the bar tab must've included food.

Yeah, the booze was only about fifty bucks. When he got a little happy, he ordered nachos for everyone, not realizing that Andy Reid, Mike Holmgren and Rex Ryan were in the room. And when The Doughboy walked in, McKinnie was toast.

March 3, 2011  08:08 AM ET

I wish I could afford that kind a bar tab. of course I could think of other things to do with $100,000 dollars too.

The moral of the story: stick to all-you-can-eat deals. It's safer.

March 3, 2011  08:16 AM ET

The amount of his bar tab, considering his annual salary, makes this a non-story.

March 3, 2011  08:17 AM ET

Now that I think about it, WTF with all of these TMZ stories of late???
