07:19 AM ET 03.03 | BYU center Brandon Davies was suspended from the Cougars' nationally ranked team for the remainder of the season because he violated the school's honor code provision that prohibits premarital sex, The Salt Lake Tribune has learned. Davies, a sophomore from Provo High School, acknowledged his transgression to BYU officials on Monday, according to multiple sources.

Coming on the heels of the investigation into lack of background checks in college sports, this makes for interesting reading. If premarital sex were illegal he would've gotten away with it.

The kid is there toughness and interior presence. He is a PF although plays Center alot
