09:28 AM ET 03.05 | Elgin Baylor on Friday dropped part of his wrongful-termination lawsuit that alleged the Clippers and owner Donald Sterling committed racial discrimination against him when Baylor was a team executive. Baylor, 76, is pressing ahead with the rest of his wrongful-termination claim that he suffered age discrimination and was unjustly fired. Baylor was the team's executive vice president and general manager for 22 years until August 2008.

He must have finally figured out that Donald Sterling doesn't discriminate against anything or anyone that can keep his organization from sucking.

Because there WAS NO racial discrimination. Its a clear acceptance of the fact. I didn't see him complain about that for 22 years when he was getting his fat checks for sucking year after year??

He should have to give some of that money back to the fans. After collecting money for doing a pisspoor job for 22 years, he owes every NBA fan. He shoulda been canned 15 years ago. I just lost whatever respect I had for Elgin after reading about this lawsuit. How pathetic.

Kind of hard to accuse an organisation of racial discrimination when they have employed you for 22 years. Someone got to him and explained that there really are legitimate cases out there where employees are discriminated against and he should loosely throw around such claims.
