08:02 AM ET 03.17 | Randy Moss was asked during an interview with a Minneapolis radio station whether he would consider returning to the Vikings. "Just to be point-blank and answer the question, I would love to come back to Minnesota. I don't know about what they have in place, their quarterback position. I don't know about the Williams brothers suspension. I don't even know where Minnesota would be in Week 6 or Week 7. I'm not downplaying me coming back to Minnesota. There's a lot of things besides bringing Randy Moss back that has to happen for Minnesota to be successful. But I would entertain coming back to Minnesota. ... But if you're asking me where my heart is, I think just the success as a wide receiver and everything that the New England Patriots stand for. I'm a big fan of Bill Belichick. I really am and not just on the field."

Too late now with the Pats Randy. That train is moving on without you.

It doesn't look like the Pats or any other NFL team is doing a lot of moving right now.

Those guys from the Starcaps case. They have to serve their suspension at the beginning of the season. If the season begins.

The Hartford Colonials are as close as Randy is gonna get to the Patriots.

That bridge burned to ashes Randall. Keep icing that bruise on your ass from the door hitting it on the way out.

I would not be surprised if the Pats offered Moss a low-paying contract with a bunch of stipulations.

Fortunately, The Hooded One doesn't care if you kiss his butt if you can't play football.

If you want to kiss something, Randy, try the Jets. Aim a little lower on Rex.

The Pats have a lot of draft picks, and they can't trade for players this year. So, there will be a lot of new guys in Foxboro, and it will be hard enough to make the team as it is. Roster slots in New England aren't going to be filled with weaklings.

The interview was done by Linebacker Erin Henderson. Obviously Moss still lives in a fantasy world.
