08:17 AM ET 03.18 | Andrew Bailey didn't rule himself out for Opening Day, but he's not rushing back after a right forearm strain that preceded the ominous phrase "Dr. James Andrews." Bailey returned to spring training camp after being examined by Andrews on Tuesday. Bailey said he felt a "ripping sensation" on the mound Monday that Andrews said was the tearing of scar tissue built up from Bailey's September elbow surgery. "Dr. Andrews was very optimistic about me for this year and my future," Bailey said. "He said the MRI showed the UCL (ulnar collateral ligament) is completely healthy. It's just kind of day-to-day. And as soon as I have no more symptoms or tightness, I'll start throwing again." If that doesn't happen soon, the two-time All-Star figures to start the season on the 15-day disabled list.

This guy has arm trouble written all over him. He's already had Tommy John surgery and has lost part of season to arm troubles. That's why they picked up Fuentes!
