Maryland signs two recruits

Maryland began the early signing period with commitments from a shooting guard and a power forward. The two letters of intent were from in-state players: 6-4 shooting guard Sean Mosley (St. Frances) and 6-10 forward Augustus Gilchrist (Progressive Christian in Temple Hills). Mosley had considered Syracuse, among other schools. Williams described him as "strong enough to go inside but a decent enough shooter from the perimeter where you've got to play him honestly. Gilchrist, who originally had planned to attend Virginia Tech, was the Most Valuable Player of the Capital Classic all-star game in April.

Metrosouth is an idiot. The team/school is actually called Syracuse, but I'm sure that is difficult word for you to spell given your education. Maryland is one of the highest rated basketball programs in the nation and Williams one of the top coaches. My guess is Metrosouth bases his/her opinions on the color of the uniforms for both home and away games.

Metrosouth is a 'silly, silly idiot.' The actual name of the school/team is 'Syracuse' but I understand that three syllable words were not part of his/her education. Maryland and Williams are both at the top of ALL basketball programs in the nation.
