08:10 AM ET 03.25 | The Hornets were able to grind out an OT win over Utah in Salt Lake City on Thursday, but also suffered a key loss. [New Orleans] may have lost power forward David West for an extended period of time with a left knee injury. West sustained what is being termed as "left knee trauma" on a driving slam dunk with 22.5 to go in regulation. X-rays were negative, but an MRI is scheduled for [Friday] in Phoenix, where the Hornets play the Suns on Friday night. West was laid out on a training table in the dressing room, his knee encased in ice, in obvious pain, his face covered by a towel. A large immobilizing splint and a pair of crutches were brought into the locker room.

The Lakers are Stern's favorite team and he wants to keep the Lakers in the playoffs for ratings. Expect to see CP3, Dwight Howard, Pau, Kobe all playing together in LA and all of the LA fans bragging about how smart their management is again.

Let's make a deal. You can have CP3 and we'll take Howard. LOL.

West is going to get a nice contract this summer somewhere.I mentioned okc in the past, think he'd ft in real nice there

OKC could be a good fit. Imagine

Perkins, Ibaka, West, Durant and Westbook as your starting five. OKC can move Harden to NO.

It's a torn acl. I knew as soon as I saw it that It wasn't just a sprain. Did any of you guys see when al Jefferson covered his eyes when he saw west? Big al has had knee troubles as well and I found that to be very compassionate and sympathetic.
