08:00 AM ET 03.31 | Your move, Mike Brown? If you've got $2.1 million and are in the market for a five-bedroom, two-story property in Indian Hill, Ohio, then Carson Palmer's house is just for you. The Palmer house has finally hit the market after the process of getting it ready for sale started early last month. Located at 8885 Whisperinghill Drive, the house, which is made of stone and brick, sits on five acres and also features a gourmet kitchen, 5 1/2 bathrooms, solarium, swimming pool, spa, golf green and pond. The real estate listing calls Palmer's house "an exceptional home that exudes comfort, character and privacy." Since word of Palmer's house going on the market first surfaced, Marvin Lewis has said that the team is moving on without Palmer, taking him at his word that if he is not traded then he will retire after eight seasons.

Goodbye Carson!

March 31, 2011  08:01 AM ET

Good to know, why is this news again?

March 31, 2011  08:02 AM ET

What does not 'exude comfort' is being a Bengal fan these days.

Sounds like a nice place. Can't be hurting for money.

Sadly, it hasn't for quite some time...

If I just had .1 million more dollars.....

You can get the same house in Detroit for about 50 thou. All you have to do is replace all the copper pipes that have walked away.

Good luck selling that house in this economy. Maybe his replacement will be interested.

I wonder how much Palmer paid the Enquirer and FN to get his property listed on a national forum like this? That's what we have here: a real estate ad.

March 31, 2011  08:37 AM ET

He's worth what, 80 million dollars now? Why doesn't he just hang on to it in case he wants to vacation in Cincinatti?

Well, OK, maybe that's not such a good idea.

Damn, I thought it was hard hitting journalism. <insert sarcastic tone here>

Palmer isn't the first player to want out of Cincy, Corey Dillon, Peter Warrick anyone?

Worked out good for Dillon. He got his ring.

Yeah, but then he lost the fire. Too bad. He probably had another year or two in the tank.
