I don't JGB. Not a great move if you are thinking about this yr, but certain teams will need a big man next yr and signing him now might not be that bad of an idea.

I agree, but Curry sucks because he is fat, out of shape, LAZY. However he does have some skills. MOre then what they have now. So, if he works out for you and you believe you can keep him in shape, its better to get him now. Its a risk.

Lmao, you can say that about a number of players, if Baron was not so lazy, he would br good too, it's not worth the risk because they are lacking in the C spot and can't afford to be rolling the dice on this guy.

Would it be a flagrant foul if he tried to eat Rose or Rondo driving the lane?

that is just it,, they are lacking in the C spot and can't afford anyone else. THey have to roll the dice. The yr before nY coach came into town with his system. Curry was avg almost 20ppg shooting over 50%. He just didn't fit in the system, got bench, and blew up large. The rest is history

With their limited cap space issues, they need to smart with their cash, and giving it to a guy who is more likely to help them win a hot dog eating contest than a ring is not smart IMO.

They are very strict on bodyfat and conditioning down there, not sure how Curry fits in there. If he can get in shape for the Heat it will certanly strengthen them. But its like hoping a 8th seed wins the NBA championship, the chances are close to none.

A lot of big men have problems. Now he has a condition coach. Like i said, before he got bench my the dumbest coach out there, he was putting up 19ppg. So it isn't like he never produce or his weight was holding him back all the time. The question is, does he have skills and can you keep him on the floor. Answer this,,, who can they afford that will help...

They can only afford the crappy centers they have now, its what happens when you have three massive contracts on one team.

Curry is about as much of an answer than damp was an answer....they both are classic underachievers....

a defensive center would help more but a scoring one would also make the other team stay honest aginst wade and LBJ. If you can get either one at what you are willing to pay, you take it. IF you can get him back to his pre- dantoni numbers then he could help..
