08:13 AM ET 04.04 | On Sunday in Boston, Pistons guard Rodney Stuckey did not play in what turned out to be a 101-90 loss to the Celtics. According to a source close to the situation, Stuckey was benched because he refused to enter the fourth quarter of Friday's game against the Bulls. "This is a growing process, and we've had a slight setback," Kuester said Sunday. When Kuester was asked if things were being handled internally, Kuester said, "Yes." On Friday, Stuckey started the fourth quarter and was removed for Tayshaun Prince with six minutes remaining. Kuester called for Stuckey to come in two minutes later, but the guard refused to re-enter.

Was it a blowout of the Bulls, or was the Pistons way down? I missed the game so Im not sure what to say. May Stuckley is trying to pull a Lebron and not play in the 4th quarter.

QUOTE(#5):

Detroit is a complete mess and Dumars has let it continue. Piston fans don't deserve that. They need to hurry and sell the team and then fire everyone.

Agree, Detroit is a mess.

That coach they have has got to go.....I mean if it was one or even two players that have a problem with the guy then understandable...But its the WHOLE team that has gotten into it with him....

QUOTE(#10):

Exactly. How many times does this coach and his players relationship need to embarrass the franchise before Dumars finally fixes it?

Well Dumars must be reading the Isiah book "Running an NBA team into the Ground for Idiots".....

JoeD the MOST overrated GM EVER!! Everyone just talks about him winning the ring (albeit Mr.Brown had a thing or two to do with it). Fact is, his bad decisions BY far outweigh any of his "good" ones. This is a terrible GM.

The whole organization stinks.....

Dumars is part of the problem in Motown. Stern needs to step up and assume control of the Pistons til an owner takes over. If the owner's smart he/she will replace Dumars with a VP of Ops who knows how to lead a team to a championship. It's obvious that Dumars is clueless without Larry Brown running the show.

goodness!!!!

Trade these players!! This "seems" like the 4th coach in "x" years. At some point, someone has to figure out that it's the players. How many coaches has it been since their championship? They are always bickering with authority.

They need to switch players with their D-League "Mad Ants" team. These players will play and not complain.
