08:10 AM ET 04.17 | Brian Burke continues to say that the Maple Leafs' top offseason priority will be to acquire a first-line center. Ex-Bruins pick Joe Colborne will get a long look in training camp, but the No. 1 target will be Dallas free agent Brad Richards.

Very appropriate that the first four posts are spam.

Well they can't score, and Kessel is a pure goal scorer. Things might be different if they had Kessel, instead of say Lucic or Horton.

Glenn Healy, who I normally hate, even said last night that the Bruins are probably regretting trading Kessel.

Does anyone know where the Bruins 1st will be if they lose the first round? Would it still be in the low 20's?

Flyers too?

Burke is looking like a bandit in the Kaberle trade.

24 days ago, the Bruins beat the Canadiens 7-0. No-one thought they needed anything or anyone back then.

No love for your boy Price. He made 34 saves and some beauties at that.

As I recall, Kessel wanted out of Boston 'cause the Bruins didn't want to give him a big raise after one big season. He forced the issue and probably wouldn't have an impact in this series. The Canadiens don't give the Bruins much room and when they do, Price stones them.

Keep hating him Argos - Healy's an idiot.

Yeah...I saw that too...but that's not exactly an earth shattering revelation...
I'm particularly tickled by the great look we are getting at the...."Thank-you Kessel" draft pick(Sequins) in these playoffs...Can't wait to see what their 10th plus rounder will look like next year either...
Oh Yeah...Thank You Phil.

Do you think that Lucic will fade like Bertuzzi did? I don't think that Lucic is really as good...but quite a similar situation...

They showed that save on Lucic all night on the highlight shows. I, for one, stand corrected about him. Didn't think he could correct whatever he did wrong in the past come playoff time.

I actually agree with you on this one. It mystified me at the time and the playoffs are just punctuating the deal. I must admit it appears Burkie got the better of this one.
