08:17 AM ET 04.22 | It wasn't long ago that Felix Hernandez was concerned. Five days ago in Kansas City [Hernandez] sat in the dugout for two innings trying to figure out how the Royals were able to hit him. In his words he was shocked. He had his good stuff and he was hit. He is not used to that. ... Felix did have good stuff in Kansas City but he didn't have his great stuff. He reacquainted himself with the great stuff [Thursday] night and immediately saw the difference. Last night Felix was back. "That is Felix. From now on that is the way I need to pitch. Oh my God," he said relieved. "I say I have to throw a pretty good game here because I have to get my confidence back and I was making great pitches. I was on a roll." Get his confidence back? Well that was quite a turnaround. Felix was a little out of sorts after his first few starts but [Thursday] night he said he was back.

So he has a couple of unFelix like games and it's a problem? It happens, it's only April.

The Royals' bats haven't been all that shabby this year so far either.

LOL - Lighten-Up .... It's just a nickname. Almost everybody in MLB has one.
It's no worse than Vladimir Guerrero being called Vlad The Impaler (I somehow doubt Guerrero is actually Dracula's father) or Ryan Braun being called the "Hebrew Hammer" ( I believe that was a movie character) or Carl Crawford being called the "Perfect Storm" (movie) or Freddie Garcia being called the "Chief" - you remember "The Chief" right?

Agreed. Maybe that night says more about the Royals progress than King Felix slipping
