08:57 AM ET 04.23 | After suffering a series of setbacks in his comeback from a detached latissimus dorsi muscle, Jake Peavy wasn't about to get giddy because his right shoulder felt normal after playing catch Friday. A bigger test will come Sunday, when Peavy throws off a mound for the first time in six days. He stopped his minor league rehabilitation assignment Monday night at Double-A Birmingham after 15 pitches because he felt discomfort, since attributed to scar tissue.

Shocking, another former NL ace that gets hurt, old, or ineffective when moving to the AL. No one could have seen this coming.

It's like he has AL East homer Tourette's. If you were to look at his entire comment history, probably 90%+ would be some version of the same comment, but he acts like it's some brilliant insight each time.
