10:18 AM ET 05.07 | Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome said Tyrod Taylor, the Ravens' sixth-round pick, was evaluated as a quarterback and was drafted as a quarterback. Because Taylor is just a little over 6-feet and because his playing style at Virginia Tech was more reminiscent of Michael Vick than Joe Flacco, there was pre-draft speculation that he might be converted to wide receiver. Not so, Newsome said.

I dunno, he was a mid-50% passer most of the way through college. Hit 60% his senior year, but 55% is more typical for the kid. The one thing that makes him interesting is that he had a 23/4 TD/INT his senior year. Maybe they think he won't have those late game breakdowns.

I am assuming you mean Ngata's punching Ben in the face and Heath Millers concussion neither of which were called by the officials.

just 'cuz he's from VT don't think he's Michael Vick. He's only little better than Marcus Vick. and just 'cuz he was drafted in the 6th round, don't think he's Tom Brady. He's no upgrade over Flacco.
