10:08 AM ET 05.08 | Because Aledo (TX) running back Johnathan Gray is one of the nation's top prospects of the Class of 2012, his recruiting turned into a nearly year-long news cycle voraciously followed by college football fans across the country. In the end, Johnathan said it was the feeling he had while meeting Texas coach Mack Brown and his wife Sally, in his UT offices.

This is all very interesting and good, I guess. Now.. win some freakin' football games !!!!

A good start would be to win that game in Pasadena!!!

It's not who you get...It's what they can do for you...Tx getting top recruits is nothing new...They have to perform...

In the end, it takes a team and not a single recruit. Austin is loaded with the corpses of "Top" or "Blue Chip" recruits that never turned out to be exceptional. As a Sooner fan, we need UT to get back to some degree of excellence, so that when we beat them, it actually helps move us up in the rankings. Longhorn network wont do very well when all the fans see is a bunch of losses.

Didn't you guys need Dline help? Is it better for the Longhorns this year?

And O-line help. And RB help. And QB help. And DB help. But our kicker was OK.

I remember for about 5 years our punter was our best player, haha.
