09:34 AM ET 05.14 | FOX Sports analyst Daryl Johnston, a former Cowboys fullback, is one man who seems unable to understand Dez Bryant's recent actions and behavior. "I don't know what you do with Dez Bryant because when Deion Sanders gives up on you that speaks volumes to me," Johnston said at the Emmitt Smith Celebrity Invitational on Friday. "Deion goes out of his way to help young guys and try to help them reach their potential in the NFL. And when Deion says, 'I can't work with you anymore,' that's the first time he has ever done that."

There's a formula for that..Dez=time*x^2/law(31*y)

Only way this dude is going to learn is when the law slaps the bracelets on him.

(They will not be gold!)

Dez and Rashard today, one needs to pull his pants up, the other needs to keep his mouth shut

Since when does anything Dion Sanders says mean jack to anyone. As I recall he was a loud mouth self absorbed diva himself. If Dez burns then let him burn, it's not like he can't be replaced.

I'm not worried about Dez, are you worried about Dez?

May 14, 2011  10:18 AM ET

This kid had been given more opportunities than most. Some never get it and he seems to be one of those. I guess he will use his childhood as an excuse again and again.

Nice avatar, Count. Thoughts and prayers to Harmon Killebrew and his family.

Seeing how Deion is the publicity hound that he is, taking a step away from Dez is noteworthy.

Unless this is just Deion's way of getting even more pub for himself.

And the longer the strike is on, the more potential Dez has for getting into trouble.

Dez don't need down time to make a fool of himself. He is a walking fool!

Don't know what to do with Dez Bryant?? How about leave him alone. He's having some growing pains as we all did at that age. Seems everyone wants to save his soul. Only he can snap out of the funk he's in. Trial by error usually works. Let him go through his.

May 14, 2011  11:10 AM ET

He didn't learn when he lost his Sr. season at OSU... he won't learn until "big bubba" feeds him tube steak 3-times a day in the pen... only then will he get how good life was to him!

And if not "Trail by Judge and Jury" will.

This is a good avatar for a good man, Count.

Sad to hear about his condition - a genuine legend in your part of the world.

And... as far as Deion... as someone said previously;

Who cares about Deion?

May 14, 2011  11:19 AM ET

I would just like to chime in and say that I am worried about Dez Bryant. My 5 year said she is worried about Dez Bryant. My Grandmother, who passed away 8 years ago says she is also worried about Dez Bryant.

Seriously? Can't this dooosh stay home and watch some TV. Every former and current Cowboy has to chime in and say they are worried about him. What a waste of life.
