08:06 AM ET 05.23 | Perhaps Manu Ginobili was more limited than many thought entering the playoffs. Ginobili's elbow injury appears to be more extensive than might have first been reported. Ginobili told the Argentine website Noticiasmdq.com that he sustained a small fracture of the right humerus, the long bone in the arm that runs from the shoulder to the elbow. The injury occurred in the final game of the regular season on April 13 when he was trapped in a collision between Tim Duncan and Phoenix's Grant Hill. The Spurs originally announced that Ginobili sustained a sprained elbow. He missed the first game of the playoffs and then played the remaining five games with the injury in the six-game series loss to Memphis.

Is there a body part that manu hasn't smashed up?
How many years are left on his contract?

Good job on Manu for showing up and playing through the pain without making it a big media sensation like some players do.
I wouldn't be surprised if he actually hurt himself because of wear and tear on his body from flopping over the years. Hitting the hard floor several times per game can't be healthy for your body.

Becasue the media didn't blow it up like they did Rondo and Kobe's problems. That's what happens when you play in a small market. Spurs ended up playing on NBA TV rather than TNT/ABC.

Didn't you watch any of the games? He played like he always played. He played like he was 100%.

Ok great job Manu, we like your heart.
That said, the Spurs, as constructed are done, start the next chapter.

Is this a joke? Please watch Rondo's injury again. Then note that Ginobili returned to play a week later, not after halftime.
