08:04 AM ET 05.24 | Brian Urlacher is still seething about questions regarding Jay Cutler's toughness. "It was stupid," Urlacher said Sunday, referring to other NFL players who criticized Cutler on Twitter after he left the NFC Championship Game in the third quarter. ... During an interview at St. Rita High School, where he was an honorary captain in the Chicago First Responders Memorial Bowl, Urlacher singled out Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew, one of the most vocal to attack Cutler. "He missed two games," Urlacher said of Jones-Drew, who didn't play in the final two games of the Jaguars' 8-8 season. "I don't know what was wrong with his knee, but don't sit on the couch and talk about someone who is playing."

Got to admit, MJD shouldn't be calling out Cutler if he's not playing hurt himself.

Are they sure he wasn't calling out MGD? I could go for one now.

It was only a minor sprain, rub some dirt on it and get back in the game you wussy, Roethlisberger played with a sprained shoulder, broken nose and broken foot.

Whatever the case, it was a really disappointing end to a promising season for the Bears. But if your knee doesn't work right, there isn't much you can do. Cutler, if he had played, could have really screwed something up.

I love that..."Don't sit on the couch and talk about someone who is playing"...I don't really like Urlacher, but kudos to him for calling MJD out.

Remember that game, though. Cutler never showed any ability to move the ball, from the opening series. Unless he hurt his knee on the first play from scrimmage, he wasn't producing when healthy, either.
