Grow a pair, Werth! Say what you mean and mean what you say!

First, it's not even half way through his first season in DC. Second, are you Werth's ex girlfriend?

Dude... Lighten up. He went for the money. Who wouldn't have? These guys have only so many years to make it then they are working stiffs like the rest of us. What did you expect him to say after signing the deal...

I am on board with your comment about turds. The Nats could have had a bright future but, losing Dunn and Morgan in the off season really set them back. They kind of remind me of the early 70s Phillies -- a great pitcher who pitches with several bright spots in the lineup (think Carlton with a rookie Schmidt, Bowa and Maddox). In their case they have Strasburg... err, on second thought, they should don't have much beyond Nix and an aging Werth.

He signed there....you get what you get..

Sorry Werth i guess being a big fish in a small pond is not as great as u thought. U left a first class organization and they arent all the same. Enjoy the next 6 and 3/4 years!!!!

With the size of his contract, he should be able to say and do whatever he wants. What are they going to do, sit him?

You lie with dogs, you wake up with fleas. What did he expect when he signed with them, other than a big pile of cash.

There's no sympathy for his situation forthcoming from here.
