Pats don't chase players with money. This is a mistake all other NFL teams make. They throw all their eggs into 2 or 3 "stars" and the rest of the team suffers. Not the Pats. They want players who are willing to take an average salary, be a team player, and go out and win championships. And they've been quite successful at it!
