08:07 AM ET 05.31 | Dwight Howard plans to stay in Orlando, but the superstar center stopped short of speaking in absolutes. Responding to speculation that he wants to jump to a bigger market when he can became a free agent next year, Howard indicated Monday that his strong preference is to remain with the Orlando Magic for the long term. ... "I want to start my own path and I want people to follow my path and not just follow somebody else's path. I want to have my own path, and I want to start that here in Orlando. But I can't do it alone. Not only do I need the right teammates, but I need the city behind me. That's the only way it's going to get done. We can change this small city that we have -- this small market that we have -- and we can make it a big market."

agent zero is the single biggest turd to block any significant movement for the magic. i feel bad for D12.

Translation: "Think of the money I'll be saving on state income taxes if I sign a new contract with Orlando."

Glad to hear he's committed, the Magic made a mistake when they traded all of their bigs last season.

2 options for Howard, stay in sunny Orlando, the land of Mickey Mouse and friends. Go after someone who is in their prime or about to be, such as Cris Paul, K Love etc.

Or Option 2. Go join the Knics, Chicago, or the Spurs (yes I said the Spurs. Howard would be a welcome addition for them to replace Duncan) and win multiple championships.

QUOTE(#12):

1) If Chris Paul ends up in Orlando its going to be fantastic for them since that'll be the start of something huge.2) The Knicks cannot afford Howard. That won't happen.

Can the Magic afford Cp3 or Dwill plus Agent 0, Turk, and Howard? I don't think so.

That's another way of saying that Orlando has the edge when it's time for suitors. LBJ said the same thing.

In the end, the best pitch from family-family or NBA-family will win out. Are you listening Otis?

Agent 0 needs to go. Somehow, someway, he's gotta go. It was a monumentally bad move to get him the first place and that wrong needs to be righted.

yeah, but truth be told, it was either his ridiculous contract, or Rashard Lewis, both of which is a cap crippling contract, so either way they are not getting Cp3 or D Will.

Thank you. Wish these guys would get that through their heads.
